Andrew’s early life almost ended in tragedy when his family mislaid the recipe for toast. While he has otherwise made a full recovery, he was never able to play the piano again. He has been improvising since the late 17th century, but his career was interrupted by the Napoleonic Wars. He has appeared sporadically at the Downtown Theatre in Scarborough as an usher and janitor. He recently adapted Harold Pinter’s play, “The Birthday Party” for television by supergluing it to his 42-inch Samsung flat-screen.
